STUDIO type comprise of bedroom area (dbl)/living area with a fold out sofa bed (for twin use or 3rd person-child 2-9 years recommended) SAT TV, internet access, kitchenette with dinning area, sea view balcony, bathroom (wc & sh.) Max 3 persons.
APARTMENT TYPE A2+2 comprise of separate bedroom (dbl)/living room with a fold out sofa bed (for twin use or 3rd person-child 2-9 years recommended) SAT TV, internet access, kitchenette with dinning area, sea view balcony, bathroom (wc & sh.) Max 4 persons.
A4+2 TYPE is situated on the loft and comprise of two separate bedroom (1dbl i 1 twins)/living room with a fold out sofa bed (for twin use or 3rd person-child 2-9 years recommended) SAT TV, internet access, kitchen with dinning area, very spacious sea view terrace, bathroom (wc & sh.) Max 6 persons.
Linen and towels are provided and change once a week. VAT is included in the price,also cleaning, air con, finally cleaning, private parking place, laundry.. Outdoors: Sea view balcony, BBQ facilities, Bicycles available, Car hire available, private parking spot...

arrival in accommodation unit by cash or by credit card.Towels/Linen are supplied free of charge, also air-condition, SAT TV, internet access, laundry, finally cleaning ...3. Maps, books and information on what to do in Cavtat, Dubrovnik and around the area supplied.4. City tax (proxy 1 EUR per person/day) is NOT included in the price!5. Baby cot & baby chairs are available - upon request!
