Sea front holiday home in old town of Cavtat Villa AURA OXA is ideally placed for a relaxing family holiday!

This house is enough spacious for 2 families or group of friends. This holiday home on three level is suitable for 8.

AURA OXA was built 1750. and now fully refurbished to a good standard. This historic house has a "soul"- typical Mediterranean home from 18th century.Comfortable with uniquely charming is ideally placed for exploring Cavtat & Dubrovnik Riviera.



Ground floor is the oldest part of house and it was preserved in authentically
way, especially the kitchen with (according to legends) 400 years old fireplace.

First floor is arranged as a study with working table, chair & internet connection.

There is also one single bedroom on a first floor, WC with shower room and two
quite big terraces. One of the terraces is facing to the north, while the other is on a sunny side and has a beautiful view on anchored yachts, Sea and Dubrovnik
Citadel in distance.

On the second floor are two spacious bedrooms with two beds each. One is facing port and harbour and the second one on Tiha Bay.

Rooms are also equipped with shower room and WC.

From the second floor you can reach loft where is master bedroom with another
three beds and fascinating view on both bays, island Mrkan, deep blue Adriatic
Sea and Dubrovnik old town in distance.

Surrounding of Cavtat villa AURA OXA holiday house is also completely authentic
- in Mediterranean style. This house is made of stone, with wooden doors and
windows. Terraces are also equipped with stone benches.

While the one of the terraces is in the shade, other one is always on the sunny side.
The beds can be twins or a double!

 

2. When booking, the customer is required to pay a 30% in advance and give the guarantee ( signed credit card authorization form) for balance of total amount.

The balance of total amount needs to be paid in Aura’s Reception office on address: Put Cavtata N0 05 upon arrival in accommodation unit by cash or by credit card.
